2016 Staff Reunion
It's not the bedpans and the tired feet they remember. It's the friendships.
That's why former Balclutha Hospital nurses and staff still gather together, even 18 years after the South Otago institution's closure, to reminisce and re-kindle old friendships.
Balclutha Hospital's 90th anniversary was such a drawcard this year, that the organisers had to make a last-minute change of venue to accommodate about 125 former staff and guests.
