- BENTLEY, Patricia Lois (Pat, née Adams):
Of Paraparaumu, on Friday 26 February 2016, peacefully at Coastal Villas Hospital, Paraparaumu, aged 94 years. Wife of the late James (decd July 1999).
Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Richard & Eleanor, Steve & Lyn, and Phil & Sue. Loving Nan to Michael & Sally, David & Mel, Janet, Fiona and Hugh, Megan and Ross, and Great-grandmother to Beau, Woody and Arlo.
Grateful thanks to the District Nurses, the Enliven caregivers and to the staff of Coastal Villas for their wonderful care of Pat.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat?s memory to the Wellington Free Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left at her service which will be held in the Kapiti Coast Funeral Home Chapel, 9?11 Hinemoa Street, Paraparaumu, on Friday 4 March 2016 at 2pm.
