  Notes	Father William Clarke. William Clarke was in 1835 in Minsterworth, Gloucestershire, England and is the first son and second child of John Clarke and Eliza Cuff. 1851 Census - Address was Minsterworth, Gloucestershire. In 1851at the age of 16 he was employed as a Farmers Boy. On the 7 May 1860 William Clarke marries Priscilla Cox in Gloucester, England. 1861 Census - Address was Hopeworth Court, Barton St. Mary, Gloucestershire. In 1861 William was married to Priscilla and had one child - William Frederick Clarke. In 1861 it looked like William's occupation was Grocers Assistant. 1871 Census - Address was 13 Blenheim Road, Barton St. Mary, Gloucestershire. At this time William was married to Priscilla and had two child - William Frederick Clarke and Matilda Jane Clarke. On the census form their was also two lodgers staying with them. They were John H. Edward and Thomas Edward. In 1872 William and Priscilla have a third child, Emily Priscilla Easter Clarke, born in Gloucester, England.
