  	4 women killed: in collision FOUR Masterton women were killed when their car was involved in a head-on collision near Eketahuna last night Firemen from Masterton had to cut the bodies from the wreckage of the car, an MG1100, after the accident on State Highway 2, 14 km south of Eketahuna. The dead women are Elizabeth, Ada Wyeth, the driver of the car, of Rangatuma, near Masterton; Hazel Jopson, 61 of Cornwall. Street; Ivy May Wilkinson, Elizabeth Street, and Thelma. Olive McMaster, 71, of McGregor Street. The second car, a Holden, was also badly damaged and the driver, Mrs Joan Parsons, of Eketahuna, was in Masterton Hospital last night with facial injuries. Her condition was fairly satisfactory. The weather in the area at the time of the accident was showery with strong gusts of wind. The Dominion June30, 1976.
