- Ship 'Light Brigade' cleared from Auckland 2 April 1864. Passengers included Mrs Denby and child. Arrived Spithead, England July 20. It is likely that this child was Henry. There were 5 deaths on the voyage but details do not appear to be available
Henry's mother and brother Charles who was born in England returned to New Zealand in 1865 but Henry did not travel with them.
Father's obituary states he left 3 sons and 3 daughters which would not include Henry.
