    On 2 May 1894 George purchased a section on the corner of Kuripuni Rd and Main Street (Later renamed Queen Street) Masterton for £135 being Pt of section No 1 Manaia Block. Conveyance 66268, C/T 112/381. This was the property from which George was operating the Kuripuni Store.
    The property as C/T 211/373, was later sold to William Robert Nesbet for £615.

    born in Petone, then known as Britannia, on 27 April 1841 the third child born in New Zealand of Parents married in New Zealand and the first child born to Robert and Jane (nee Runnalls) Wyeth. George was confirmed at Christs Church Taita on 1 January 1856 and was educated in Wellington.
