- Bet was born in 9 July 1915,[1] the daughter of May Margaret Susannah (nee Chamberlain) and Robert Reese Dawson.
She was married circa 1941 (1940) to Alexander (Sandy) Watt Brown and had one daughter.
Mayanne Helen Brown-[424] who was born on 3 Feb 1942.
Sandy was the owner of a Timber yard in Harrison Street Masterton. Mayanne was just 9 months old when Sandy died.
Bet and Mayanne moved home to Caius Ave Gonville for several years, leaving a Manager to run the Timber yard.
Bet remarried her husband being Robert Gordon. Elizabeth and Robert had two sons.
William and Paul Gordon.
Bet died on 17 August 1986.
