John Claud Ahearn - Notes (3)
There is no record of a Claude Ahearn being buried in 1893 in Wellington,
however, there is a record of a John C Francis Ahearn, journalist, being buried
in the Karori Cemetery in 1893 and the newspaper extracts from Papers Past show
that there was a John Claud Ahearn, school teacher, in New Zealand at that
time. They may in fact all be the same person.
